Restrictions:
- The SAP Donations Program is currently available only to Canadian Registered Charities with a Confirmation of Registration letter from the Canada Revenue Agency and to public libraries listed on the Canadian Library Gateway or Canada Revenue Agency site.
- Eligible organizations may request the following from SAP: four SAP software products per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30)
- SAP products are not available for distribution to organizations that support political parties or candidates, advocacy organizations, religious organizations (except for those with a secular community designation), certain social clubs, sports fundraising groups, and membership benefit organizations.
- Donation recipients must be willing and able to provide information to SAP for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this product.
- Organizations must agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the SAP Software License Agreement.
- Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
- SAP products may not be transferred or resold.
