What is the ReadyTalk Program?

ReadyTalk is a full-service audio and Web conferencing provider that enables nonprofit organizations to communicate more effectively. With our affordable and easy-to-use Web conferencing, anyone in the organization can easily host trainings, present new initiatives, hold webinars, and conduct virtual board meetings.

ReadyTalk is committed to making our customers shine, whether they hold an impromptu conference call or host a global webinar. We have all of the benefits of a large provider, but we take a personal approach to serving our customers. That's why ReadyTalk has become a favorite with nonprofit organizations of all sizes and causes.

Ordering

How many products can I request?

Each qualifying organization may request up to five donations per year within a fiscal year (1st July - 30th  June). For information on placing an order, please see Placing an Order FAQs.

Processing

How soon will we receive the donation?

Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 days. When your request has been approved, an email containing the activation key and instructions on how to activate the subscription will be sent to your organization email address.

Support

What should I do if I require support?

Customer support includes free interactive training and 24/7/365 email and phone assistance. Organizations can also dial *0 during a conference for help with that conference.

License Renewals

What should I do if I need to renew my licenses?

This product consists of a one-year subscription for discounted audio conferencing, free Web conferencing for up to 15 participants, and other discounted services.

To renew the subscription, eligible organizations can request a new donation from TechSoup Canada. Subscriptions that are not renewed will be converted to month-to-month accounts billed at standard rates unless the organization cancels the account.

Refunds & Returns

What should I do if I want to return my order?

Returns cannot be accepted for this donation program. Downloaded and hosted products cannot be exchanged or refunded. We must consider these installed and in use as soon as the request is approved and the administrative fee is received.
